However, studies have shown that exercise not only helps you physically, but mentally.
Exercise has proven benefits for brain activity and better blood flow. Although it is hard for many people pulling away from their notes, you will be thanking yourself later. As soon as you feel restless, that is your body telling you to take a break and what better way to put in a quick workout.

Take your notes to the gym. While working out, instead of listening to music or watching TV read your notes. This is the perfect way to get your exercise in while still keeping up with studying.
